About the Family Managed Supports Resource Centre in Grande Prairie:

The Family Managed Supports Resource Centre in Grande Prairie supports families with adults and children with developmental disabilities to plan for an inclusive life using funding provided by Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) and Family Managed Supports (FMS). The Centre supports families to create a vision and plan for a meaningful life, fully included in the community, and access the supports and opportunities needed to realize that vision with their family member with a developmental disability.
