About the Inclusion Alberta Family Resource Centre – Grande Prairie:
The Inclusion Alberta Family Resource Centre – Grande Prairie supports families with adults and children with developmental disabilities to plan for an inclusive life using funding provided by Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) and Family Managed Supports (FMS).
The Centre supports families to create a vision and plan for a meaningful life, fully included in the community, and access the supports and opportunities needed to realize that vision with their family member with a developmental disability.
This session is free, but please register your spot at the link above and join us to learn how the Centre can support you and your family member. If you require assistance in registering, please contact Kate Hughson at khughson@inclusionalberta.org or 403-880-5951.
