Hudson’s on Whyte Ave in Edmonton recently hired David as a prep cook through the Rotary Employment Partnership. David completed his studies in Culinary Arts at Portage College with support from Inclusion Alberta’s Inclusive Post-Secondary Education initiative and is excited to use the skills he developed at school at Hudson’s. He’s responsible for food preparation, allowing the chefs to maximize their time cooking food.
