Amanda is nearing her one-year anniversary working at Sobeys’ Airdrie location, a job that is supported by Inclusion Alberta’s Rotary Employment Partnership, and continues to appreciate being able to work in the community she lives in. She says that her job has provided her a great sense of belonging and responsibility, she has been able to build meaningful relationships with her co-workers and enjoys seeing the familiar faces of customers on a regular basis.

Her loyalty, consistency and positive attitude has been an incredible asset to the staff and customers who can always expect to see Amanda hard at work around the store maintaining a spotless environment for shoppers to enjoy.
