2026 Family Conference Hotel Options

For attendees coming from out of town and needing a hotel, Inclusion Alberta has secured a limited number of hotel rooms at special Conference pricing at both Fantasyland Hotel and the nearby West Edmonton Mall Inn which are available on a first-booked basis. Please note that these rooms fill up fast. 

Fantasyland Hotel:

A limited number of rooms are available at special Conference pricing on a first booked basis until March 17, 2026.   Individual reservations can be made by contacting the hotel’s reservations department directly at 780-444-3000 or toll-free 1-800-737-3783, or by booking online here. Callers MUST mention they are attending the Inclusion Alberta event or provide the group code #04INC to receive the negotiated rate. Please note that when making a reservation, you will need to provide a credit card to secure the room at the contracted rate.

West Edmonton Mall Inn:

A limited number of rooms are available at special Conference pricing on a first booked basis until March 17, 2026.   Individual reservations can be made by contacting the hotel’s reservations department directly at (780)444-3000 or toll-free 1-800-737-3783 or by booking online here. Callers MUST mention they are attending the Inclusion Alberta event or provide the group code #93954 to receive the negotiated rate. Please note that when making a reservation, you will need to provide a credit card to secure the room at the contracted rate.

Quality Inn West Edmonton

Inclusion Alberta has secured a group rate on a limited number of rooms at the Quality Inn West Edmonton, which are available on a first-booked basis. For rates and reservations, please call 1-800-661-6993. Callers must mention that they are with Inclusion Alberta or provide the group code number 5255346 by April 2, 2026.”
