When you make a donation or payment (e.g., registration for the Annual Family Conference) on this site, you have to submit personally identifying information, such as your name, the name of your company or organization (where applicable), your shipping and billing address(es), your phone and fax numbers (if applicable), your e-mail address, the item(s) you have purchased, your credit card preference, and your credit card number and expiry date. We require this information so that we can process and collect the donation or payment from you. When you submit this information, it is stored in a secure server. The information collected is used to process and collect your donation or payment, and it is collected in compliance with the FOIP Act. This information is not disclosed to any Third Party except to authorized employees of Inclusion Alberta who need it to process donations or payments or as required by law. The contact information you provide may also be used to contact you in the future about your donation or payment.

Any personal information that you provide to us is collected in accordance with the FOIP Act. We collect only what is necessary for the operation of the website and to respond to your needs. Our use and disclosure of your personal information is limited by the privacy provisions of the FOIP Act.


A cookie is a file that is placed on your hard drive with your temporary internet files while you are visiting a website. We do not currently use cookies on our website.
