Regulating seclusion rooms to be used in emergencies only is a welcome step on the path to their eventual elimination and banishment.
We want to hear from you if, and when, students with developmental disabilities are forced into seclusion rooms or otherwise confined.
Schools should be places students with disabilities attend without fear of being locked in isolation
