The Online Claims Reimbursement (OCR) portal is changing the secure sign in.

July 9, 2019

On July 13, 2019, the Online Claims Reimbursement (OCR) portal is changing the secure sign in from the Secure Identity and Access Management System (SIAMS) to My Alberta Digital Identity ( MADI). A MADI account lets you access a number of different Alberta Government programs and services including Alberta Parks passes, permits, licenses, fine payments, vehicle driver’s licenses, and soon, social programs and services, from one account.

After July 13, 2019, when you go to the OCR site and click on “sign in,” you will be taken to a new page. You will need to either create a new MADI account or use your current MADI credentials (if you already have an account).

OCR users, be sure to transfer your SIAMS account information over to MADI. You will be asked the first time you log in to OCR if you have a SIAMS account. Have your SIAMS username ready as you will only be asked once. If you do not transfer your SIAMS information to MADI, you will have to call your local office for assistance. For step-by-step instructions on how to transfer your SIAMS account, please use these instructions for FSCD guardians or these instructions for PDD-FMS Administrators.

The switch to MADI will also change the OCR Portal URL. After July 13, 2019, please update your bookmark to: https://ocr.alberta.ca

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact your local PDD/FSCD office.
