DESCRIPTION:2025/2026 FMS Learning Series  \nInclusion Alberta’s Darrell Cook Family Managed Supports Resource Centre presents:  \nFMS Staff Recruitment\nAccessing individualized funding through FMS/FSCD gives families the opportunity to choose how support staff are part of their family member’s life. With that choice comes the responsibility of finding the right people—staff who are a good fit\, share your values\, and can support your family member’s goals in meaningful ways.  \nThis session is designed to support families through the staff-hiring process\, step by step. We’ll start by thinking about your family member’s vision for a good life and how that vision can guide who you hire.
