DESCRIPTION:Inclusion Alberta and Inclusion Grande Prairie are excited to announce the Inclusion Alberta Family Resource Centre opening in Grande Prairie! Join us for a virtual information session to learn about what the Centre offers to families in the Grande Prairie region. \nThis session will be offered twice\, please choose the date that works best for you. \n\nJuly 22 @ 6pm. Register for Zoom link\nJuly 23 @ 12pm. Register for Zoom link\n\nDuring the session\, there will be an overview of: \n\nWhat is a Family Resource Centre?\nWhat is Inclusion?\nWhat are Normative Pathways?\nWhat will the Family Resource Centre help with?\nHow can you get involved?\n\nAbout the Inclusion Alberta Family Resource Centre – Grande Prairie: \nThe Inclusion Alberta Family Resource Centre – Grande Prairie supports families with adults and children with developmental disabilities to plan for an inclusive life using funding provided by Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) and Family Managed Supports (FMS). \nThe Centre supports families to create a vision and plan for a meaningful life\, fully included in the community\, and access the supports and opportunities needed to realize that vision with their family member with a developmental disability. \nThis session is free\, but please register your spot at the link above and join us to learn how the Centre can support you and your family member.
