A thoughtful and well-structured process ensures that staff are set up for success in supporting your family members. Families and Fund Administrators play a critical role in shaping and maintaining strong\, respectful working relationships with their staff.   \nJoin us for a session that provides practical guidance on staff hiring processes. We will explore how to conduct interviews\, complete reference and police checks and clarify the difference between employees and contractors (self-employed).
