Youth Employment Partnership: Daniel at Five Guys

December 8, 2021

Many employers around the province are having issues hiring quality staff. Inclusion Alberta’s Youth Employment Partnership can help fill that gap, while creating jobs for high school students with developmental disabilities!

Daniel and a colleague work together at the fry station at 5 Guys. They are wearing red shirts, pants and hats. Edmonton high school student Daniel is enjoying his first ever job working as a part-time Red Shirt Team Member for Five Guys in Edmonton, assisting with the preparation of their very popular french fries. As you can see from the photo, there is no shortage of need in the french fry department at Five Guys, and Daniel was hired as a much-needed needed extra set of hands to keep up with the demand. Daniel is also responsible for ensuring COVID-19 sanitization protocols are met in the lobby area.

Congratulations to Daniel on your new job, and to Five Guys for finding a great new employee! Learn more bout how the Youth Employment Partnership can help you find great staff for your business.
