NAIT Culinary Arts Student Julian’s Feature Flavour at KIND Ice Cream
Julian is a 2nd year Culinary Arts student at NAIT who is passionate about cooking, baking and ice cream. Over the summer of 2021, Julian worked as a chef at KIND Ice Cream in Edmonton, where he created an original ice cream flavour, Rose Crème Brulee, which is now being featured as one their February rotating flavours!
Be sure to pop into either of KIND Ice Creams locations (Ritchie and Highlands) to try Julian’s Rose Crème Brulee flavour this month!
