Rotary Employment Coordinator – Inclusion Lloydminster

Inclusion Lloydminster and Inclusion Alberta foster family leadership and advocacy in the pursuit of fully inclusive community lives for children and adults with developmental disabilities.  We are seeking individuals with excellent communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills to further our vision of inclusion within our employment initiatives.


The Rotary Employment Partnership (REP) is an exciting and innovative initiative that creates meaningful employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities.  The Partnership focuses on supporting the capacity of the business community to hire and retain employees with developmental disabilities.

The Employment Coordinator is responsible for working with Rotarians to identify potential employment opportunities; identify potential employees; provide ongoing support to the employer and employee; coordinate on-the-job supports when necessary; facilitate relationships between employers and employees with and without developmental disabilities, and attend Rotary functions.

We are seeking an individual who is committed to the inclusion of persons with developmental disabilities in community life. The candidate will have excellent inter-personal and team work skills and a university or college education in disability studies or a related field.  Equivalencies will be considered.

This is a part-time position (18.75 hours per week) with the possibility of additional hours for an ideal candidate.  Flexibility in scheduling is required. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Automobile required. Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted. Position is available immediately.
